Lisbet is driven by the urge to make a difference through involvement and co creation in the intersection between innovation, research and business. Lisbet holds a MSc in Structural Engineering and joined Grundfos in November 2007 as GSVP and head of People&Strategy. Her previous work experience includes positions as Group Holistic Officer and CEO in businesses as different as Consulting Engineering and Accounting.
